"I was put in contact with Shalini earlier in January of 2017. We were looking for an office property that could accommodate 10 people - 20 people, along with a few other intricacies. Easy to deal with, but our budget made it seem other wise.
From the get go Shalini, was able to instantly parse through our requirements, took them without blinking and set to work. Unlike other brokers (and we had gone through this process a year earlier) Shalini focused on only showing us properties that fit all of our needs, with minor modifications needed, which she to her credit was able to use well when it came to negotiating terms. I'm pleased to say that in under a week she showed me a few properties all of which would have served us well.

She seemed to have good relationships with the listing brokers / building agents, and was quick to understand and point out issues we would have with places.
