At 70 stories and over 800 feet, 181 Fremont is the tallest residential building west of the Mississippi. It has 67 residences ranging in price from $3.5 million to $14.5 million.

The building's residences start on on the 54th floor (412,000 square feet of Class A+ commercial space are on the first 53 floors).

The 6,500 square feet of amenities include a twenty-five feet tall grand lobby, four lounge spaces (including a full floor Sky Lounge on the 52nd floor), a library, a catering kitchen, a fitness center with a yoga room, a conference room, a wrap-around observation terrace, a 24 hour attended lobby and a full-time concierge.

In addition, there is  access to The Park (SF's equivalent of New York City's Highline with  5.4 acres of green space) via a sky bridge from 181 Fremont's fifth floor. The park will have approximately 500 trees and will be encircled by a 1/2 mile jogging path.

Last, but not least, the Transbay Building is directly accessible from 181 Fremont and will have 150,000 square feet of commercial retail space, providing residents of 181 Fremont with bars, restaurants and shops a short elevator ride down.
